(A copy of our fee policy is available upon request) Childcare referral fees will be based on a sliding fee scale. The sliding fee scale takes into consideration annual income and family size. The fees range from free to $30. A referral specialist will contact you if a fee will be assessed prior to completing the referral. An invoice will be included in the referral packet and the fee is due 15 days after you receive the referral packet. Please fill out the On-line referral form with your childcare criteria, and we will email, mail, or fax you a personalized referral of childcare providers that fits your needs. Your individual referral will be sent to you within one business day of your request. The CCR&R has a complaint policy developed to ensure the well-being of children in any child care program listed with us and to give clients the opportunity to file complaints regarding CCR&R staff.
